2019年2月底，佳能日本CMJ部門（工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)部門）已經(jīng)戰(zhàn)略性地決定在他們所有AOI檢測設(shè)備中替換Zygo的在線3D測量頭為德國GBS mbH公司的SmartWLI-Compact測量頭。
